Have you ever wondered what the difference is between the different classes that arrive on your jobsite? Come get the ins-and-outs of concrete pipe! This class will discuss the essentials of concrete pipe, materials, and structural loadings.

There are details about the appearance of your order of concrete pipe or box culverts that can clue you in to its quality and acceptability prior to installing it to ensure you avoid problems after installation and prior to payment for your work. There are times when product is acceptable with minor defects, repairable, or should be rejected due to damage that affects the structural integrity of the product. During this short class, we will take a look at some best practices handling techniques and AASHTO’s inspection guideline that is currently out for ballot.
